Our Spring/Summer track season is 5 months long; March through the end of July. Practice is 2-4 days a week depending on the work out and time of season. Practice sessions last about 60-90 minutes. Track meets are usually ran with prelims on Saturdays with finals and some relays ran on Sundays.
