Our 2011 Cross Country Season runs October through the beginning of December. We train 2-3 days a week at various parks & trails in the Gwinnett County area. Cross Country Meets takes place on Saturdays. The distance is 3.2 miles or 2.6 miles depending on age group.
Our Cross Country team is for kids ages 8-18 years of age.

Running Club (Social)

Our Running Club is for adults only. Meet weekly for club runs and compete in local 5K/10K events in the Atlanta Metro area. Our running club is a fun social environment for fitness & health. You may also train with the Cross Country members during the Fall season.
